Insurance: (Updated for 2023)

We are currently in-network with the Delta Dental Premier and PPO plan, and are also PPO providers for most major insurance carriers, including (but not limited to): Metlife, Aetna, Cigna, Anthem, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Premera, United Concordia, Principal, and well as many other PPO plans. If you are unsure of your coverage, please call us and have your insurance card or information ready, and we would be happy to check eligibility for you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept HMO, Medi-Cal, or Denti-Cal plans at this time.

Self Pay:

Cash patients, and patients that present without valid insurance information are considered a Self-Pay Patients.  All Self-Pay patients are required to pay at the time service is rendered.

For your convenience, we accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Apple/Google/Samsung Pay, Debit Cards, Flexible and Health Spending Account cards (FSA/HSA).
